Return & Exchange Policy

-Returns are not allowed.​

Product will be only EXCHANGED under the following conditions:

-If the delivered product is not the product that client ordered.

-If the problem you're facing is due to the product's manufacturing

-If the size, color, model of the delivered product, are different from what was ordered.

-For an exchange both, the packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.

-Exchange must be requested within 15 days starting from the day of purchase.

-REFUNDS are not given under any circumstances. The company will only exchange the product for another item that the client choses.
